Before we arrive I understand my water should be professionally tested and balanced for cold water at least a week before my appointment. I understand my pool will be closed as-is. My closing supplies (cover, winter plugs, skimmer gizmos, aquador) will be ready and available poolside. My pool's water level will be set correctly before the appointment (see office instructions for your setup). I've read and agree to the trip charge, winterization, and payment terms.
